Society was founded 28.03.2000, under auspices of Croatian Medical Association. Society will closely cooperate with many Croatian societies and institutions:

We will try to enrich and supplement efforts of other societies of Croatian Medical Association and to continue in organizing of periodical meetings, lectures, and symposiums whose directions and conclusions will be of interest for public health workers and clinicians.
